Polk City’s Planning Commission has two (2) vacancies. The Planning Commission has jurisdiction over those matters set forth in Chapter 8.03.00 of Polk City’s Unified Land Development Code (Planning, Land Use and Zoning) and makes recommendations of those matters to the City Commission.
