Polk City is seeking persons interested in being appointed to serve as a City Commissioner for District #2 and the At-Large District. The person selected will fill the vacancy until April 2026, at which time they will have to run to fill the vacancy until April 2028. To qualify, all candidates shall be qualified electors of the City (registered voter), must be a full-time resident of Polk City six months prior to the appointment and must reside in District #2 and the District At-Large area.
